I am soooooo happy that I doubled up the recipe even if it was my first time making this. The yield of 1 recipe is 12pcs. Right from the oven, I ate 3 pcs right away! My hubby ate 4pcs! And my 3y/o ate 2pcs! The hubby raves about this bread so much that he asked me to bake another batch when it-s finished. I often bake bread weekly, but by far this one is the best! Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe. Will surely save this one in my recipe notebook.

I was wondering if I can make those with plain Kefir instead of milk. It's like liquid plain yogurt. --And as per the notes on protein content. Is it better to have a high protein content or a low one? I have lots of 00 Tipo flour at home which is the lower in protein content and usually used for making pizza dough.

I made these today, it was may be the flour but I found I needed a little more milk. Everything good but our oven is a fan oven so the temperature had to adjust to 160 due to difference between fan and conventional oven heat. They were fab and I will make again. Thank you, lovely recipe.

Hi Emma thank you for your nice recipes. I tried the fluffy milk bread and everything went according to the video but once i baked it it did not puffed up and did not become fluffy as yours. It was delicious though but like yours.

I tried this and have a question about the butter step. When I added the softened butter it turned into a shaggy mass and it eventually came together but never got as smooth as what is shown in the picture. Anyone have tips?

So 2nd time trying them and I cannot get that smooth dough consistency after the butter is assimilated. Still comes out delicious. Gonna skip the Corn starch next time, not a big fan and it didn't do much for taste.

I just made these and I-m waiting for them to rise. I made with gluten free flour and baking powder and lemon instead of yeast and regular flour if you want a gluten free option. Still works pretty well
