The best brownie I have ever eaten was gooey like this one, had salted caramel ribbons, and it was left in the fridge overnight so it became chewy and the flavors were steeped and more intense than they are right out of the oven. Plus, there was some top quality cannabutter in it and you could barely taste it, but definitely feel it. Good times.

Emma you have no idea how many brownie recipes I've tried! Until yours they never came out fudgy! They came out amazing. So gooey and fudgy and chocolatey with that crackly flaky top. They looked just like yours in the thumbnail! Thank you so much for the recipe and the tips on how to bake them. Finally I found the perfect brownie recipe!

Hey emma. Your recipes are amazing. Can you please share any insight on why i don't get the proper cuts of my brownies. They kind of stick on the paper though i oiled it before baking. Not to forget to mention, they taste amazing. I just want that proper cuts of brownies. Does the cooling time affect?

Emma in your previous video I asked you the name of the songs you played in your Japanese buns video and in your science behind cookies video, you said that you-ll tell that in a few hours, but you did not reply, can you tell the names now. And also the name of the one you played in this video.

Hi Emma. When should we use the oven with fan and without fan? Which one should I use in this recipe? How much cooking time changes if I make half of the recipe? I wonder them. --By the way I tried the doughnut recipe and it was really yummy. Thank you.

Do you really use 2 and a 1/4 cup butter for this? Or is it two 1/4 cups=1/2? I checked your grams to be only a little more than a cup of butter so it doesn't seem to add up. Could you also substitute coconut oil?

Can I substitute brown sugar with white sugar and would the measurements be the same? And regarding the coffee, is it the instant type and can I use the liquid one instead, I mean espresso coffee for example!
