Kitchen utensils are one of those things you should save up for and buy once. Good cookware can last you a lifetime while giving you a better cooking experience and creates less waste since you don't have to buy new pans every few years.
Would recommend avoiding anything that contains any plastic, stuff is toxic when it gets hot and will stay in a landfill for decades. Plastics are something you only buy when there is not reasonable alternative.

I love my saucier, but it cost a fortune. Every really good pan does & it's understandable but still it becomes a balance of affording the food to put in the pan and the pan.

I don't use nonstick cookware at all. To cook eggs I use a well seasoned cast iron pan and they glide around in it easily.
