Learn how to make a Calamari Marinara Metalpug79: I'm sure calamari is one of the best things ever, but I'm a simpleton and so many things about it and this dish weird me out. I openly admit that I'm the problem and not your dish though, haha. Once during a bachelor party outing I had fried calamari while being influenced from a few adult beverages. they must have cooked it wrong because it was like you say, chewing on a rubber band. It grossed me out and scarred me from ever eating it again. I'm ok with that though.

Planted fossils are worth billions. Aside from that no-one said they were planted. They say they're fake. Even though not all are fake it's well known 1000's of cases scientists and archaeologists selling fake fossils and artifacts. Lying about the ones who call them all fake is still planting a lie non the less. Lying about people questioning lyres is worthless.

Hello chef john please reply to this. I was watching an episode of breaking bad and one of the characters made a dish called Paila Marina. I've been looking for video recipes on this dish and I can't really seem to find any. Could you please make a video of how to make paila marina even if it's not authentic it just looked really delicious

I've eaten a great deal of calamari, and from my experiences, would claim it is the least fishy tasting seafood. It is really quite meaty and chicken-like. I'm not a huge fan of seafood, but am a huge fan of calamari. I encourage everyone to give it a try. It is especially good served alongside spicy tomato sauce.

Believe it or not, this is one of my favorite childhood dishes of all time. Mom adds a little cumin to make the sauce more aromatic, other than that it's identical. P. s. I live in the coastal Mediterranean city of Alexandria, we call this dish Squid Tagine although we rarely cook it in the earthenware.

Hi chef. Chef here. Would you say the tenderness after 45min is the same as after 1 min? Serious question as I've only dared to cook my squid a minute or so. I'm scared it wont be tender but mushy and soft? And thanks for being so charming and funny, you're videos are truly a treat to watch

Dear Chef, My friends and I ate this with squid ink sauce in Miguel de Allende and furtherd the enjoyment with a bottle of prosseco. While it did look like something Clingons would eat, we quite enjoyed the experience. I go to your blog often for cooking inspiration. Thank you Chef.

I made something similar when my kids were small. I didn't tell them what it was and I avoided serving any tentacles in their portions. They loved it They wanted seconds so I told them to serve themselves from the pot on the stove. Shock (them) and hilarity (us) ensued. Ah, Fun Times

I thought he was going to say 'You are the Peter Scolari of your Calamari. When it doesn't work out, you can always get squid on the pizza. Squid ink noodles? Hmm, I've only had squid ink in a/as the sauce.
