That looks so beautiful. i love lemon and carrot cakes. Thank you so much for the recipe. Although i would add the lemon shavings ontop before i put it in the oven( cause i love eating the zest pieces )

Someone once bought a lemon cake to a morning tea, but it was made with polenta as one person needed gluten free, and everyone loved it. Reckon this would work with polenta and baking powder?

I think you should list the exact quantity of each ingredient you pour into the bowl. Amateurs like me are very susceptible to adding too much or too little of an ingredient
