Dear Gordon, I love the fact that you share some of your recepies, and aspecially your signature dish, with others. But in order to get it right I think some information about the temperatur in an convection oven, for 1kg of Filet example given, with timing would be rather criticall to know to get it right on point. In this video this information is missing. Would be great if you could update that

Made it for guests yesterday. They adored it. A perfect recipe. Very time consuming but the stages are presented so you can understand exactly what to do So delish. I made it with a three pound tenderloin. Still only took 2025 minutes to roast. (Bake. Start early in the morning.

I just tried this today and it was totally bad. I Dont know what i did wrong but i did everything just like he wrote down on his homepage. It was Raw after all. But the Pizza delivery after that was quite nice. I will never try to cook anything again: D

Chef this is amazing, truly one of my favorite dishes that youve made. I have a question. Do you know where in Los Angeles, California I could find parma ham? I live near USC and the local grocery stores dont carry it.

I honor Chef Ramsays expertise, and the fact that this IS, his signature dish. Given he should know better than anyone how to prepare this dish to perfection, personally, I could do with less blood. More a solid medium inside.

Im crying I just came from your restaurant and they didnt put the meet to be rolled inside with the mushroom. Im sad. And they screw the meet cause they served raw. Manager said that the cook was a new guy. I have pictures

right take your toothbrush then rinse it under the tape for a few seconds to get it ready, toothpaste, slice it 2 centimetres thick, on, now just rinse it under the tap again to moisturise it, then in the mouth and scrub
