It seems to me that one of the reasons that Gordon has gone so much further and higher than so many other chefs is that he not only gives time and energy to the technique and elbow work of food, but that he has also stayed true to the pure philosphy and inspiration behind it.

after watching a lot of his videos, ive actually never seen gordon do upscale dishes. he only cooks simple dishes. chef snowball seems even more talented with his modern approach to the game. ramsays food might taste perfect but lacks innovation

Great video Everything worked well in it the music was very calming and I think set the tone for what its like to eat at the restaurant. The voice over worked well with it too.
