What is with chefs and putting Creme Fraiche on EVERYTHING? I just bought some for the first time and it just tastes like sour cream without the sour. Its good mixed in mashed potatoes and in pasta sauces. But why the huge dollops ontop?

Can you do the same thing with raspberries? Yea right? Im dumb. This looks beautiful but, Im allergic to strawberries. Any substitute for the balsamic vinegar or will that go with the raspberries as well?

Ive been obsessed with crumpets for about a month now. This video popped up at the perfect time. Theyre soo good, especially with some fresh hot tea. Side note: some of the comments had me rolling.

Sorry Gordon but sugar on straw berries is a crime against savoring the flavor of the fruit. How are you suppose to appreciate the taste of fresh fruit if you smother it in sugar?
