A deliciously simple way to start off any morning. Erkan Uzkan: Definitely a Recipe worth recreating. But then again all of them are. Its just the clever Use of Almonds and Goji Berries that puts it high up there in the Ranking and of Course the Oats that is rich in Fibre and Carbs which kickstarts an otherwise inert Digestive System.

I have granola everyday for breakfast, i find what makes it even nicer and healthier is if you have it with almond milk and also add dark chocolate, sultanas, dark robust maple syrup and fresh banana or dried banana chips to the mix.

Interesting recipe but heating up honey makes it poisonous. Ayurveda does not recommend adding honey even to very hot water let alone heating it up/cooking. Jaggery is a better replacement and honey can be an add on I think.

I prefer my own, made with olive oil and maple syrup. Whole almonds are too big; try the pieces instead. Pistachios and coconut chips are yummy too.
