oh man I see why they need to be locked away, but then again i movies prisoners kill with make shift weapons, they dont need the knives, i mean a pencil can kill. I would worry about one hothead flipping and grabbing the thing closest to him ( knife) when temperaments go bad. maybe you should try chopping with a food processor; -) good luck i admire your venture

Of course I want to see the kitchen be a success and for everyone to be safe. Of course. But maaaaaybe I would have laughed my ass off if one of the inmates went knife crazy the second they opened the cabinets.
