Lifts lid to check, two kernels pop out, he eats one, Delicious. Me, I wonder if it was even popped. Id also like to know what oil he prefers. Perhaps non-GMO corn oil? and, of course, non-GMO popcorn. Id use a hot-air popper and use another container to catch all the unpopped kernels near the end. Id also use honey rather than (non GMO) sugar and get more than a honey-comb flavor. Using butter is good. Maybe use Irish Cream or a touch of creme de cacao or orange liqueur (triple sec. Id avoid making caramel as the brittle of it might damage teeth.

This is ridiculus. this recipe should be like. Put some popcorn into your melted and burned salty brown shit and it will taste like creme burlees burned part only.

He said to use half a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda, but what exactly is that? I am swedish, so my understanding of what that was is baking soda. Is that the same?

My caramel didnt come out that dark. How long should the sugar and salt cook for? Also, i added 2 tbs of water to prevent charring. Maybe dont use water next time?

Thats perfect. I did it, but my popcorn was a bit bitter. I think its because of soda. My suggestion try to not add soda. I think he can do with soda but I couldnt

I made this three times (the caramel) and because of the way it look I thought I was making it wrong. I made about 8oz of caramel and then tossed it. ..
