On the 28th Nov 2018 I was in the chef of the year at my school. We had the task of creating a two course meal for two people for under ten pound. I cooked brandy snaps from scratch filled with clotted cream and. a raspberry coule. Then for the main course I cooked salmon marinated in chilli, ginger, spy sauce, vinegar, zest of orange and juice of orange on a bed of noodles with broccoli and pepper. I came second out of seven people.

I cant seem to get this to bake correctly. I did it at 180 for 35-40, the sides were hard as a rock and the insides still liquid. I made it again and baked it at 150 for 70 minutes and the inside was cooked almost perfectly but the outside was still too hard and cracked off like a shell. Im just not sure what to do.

Could be immensely improved by adding flour and thus turning a sugary chocolate omelette into an actual cake. You can take the gluten-free too far.
