Gordon, I don't get this. You are so keen on harvesting oysters and fish naturally, and hunting wildlife in a conservative way (environmentally thinking, etc. But you have not problem polluting the earth by running a car race that does not help anything but boosting your own ego? Does that not kind of nullify anything you say about us home cooks must use natural and certified ingredients? I am disappointed with you, Gordon
