I want to make this recipe next week but can not find a written recipe anywhere. Also how do I need to store the pork butt if I prepare it days in advance? Can I just rub in the marinade on all sides and keep it on a plate in the fridge until it is time to bake it?

I made this meal for a birthday party yesterday and it went down a storm and it was so easy. Once the joint was in the oven it was quick to put the rest together. For a slow cooked joint like this I will use our solar oven next time.
