For a world renowned chef I'm disappointed by the lack of basic instructions! Pan hot how hot is hot you f ing donkey? Medium heat, medium high heat, high heat? Give basic instructions! I know you mean medium high heat because I have 20 years of culinary experience, my mom teaching me and 10 years working in kitchens, doesn't mean everyone else has this knowledge!

I know how to cook.
I am a good cook.
But don't let his words fool you. Cooking IS a chore. Well for me it is. I have to cook 5 meals a day. I have to wash all those dishes.
I have to do all the prepping & all the shopping. By the time I'm done I am not enjoying it. It is a chore for some of us Gordon.

Since Ramsay came to southeast asia, i felt sorry for him for only explore west sumatra, there s much more indonesian dishes that could make ramsay does not have a time for thai or somewhere else signature dish
