As a former Military Cook, I wasn’t charging guests. I made food for a Crew of 30-40 troops in Lebanon. Hygiene and safety always comes first.

You can make People dying!
And when Your a Cook, You will wash Your’s hands, at LEAST 40-50 times, every DAY! As a MINIMUM!

Most of these people don’t deserve to have restaurants or to work in the kitchen. Working in a restaurant and having one is such a big responsibility. People who pay to eat have a good time and support your business.

Trust me if I was in the restaurant in that first clip and saw a cockroach crawling up the wall my backside would be up and out the door in no time. I couldn't even work in some of these places let alone eat in them.

this is why I rarely dine out. The more I watch these videos, the more I cook at home. Went to my local health department inspection site, and found some of my favorite restaurants with many violations. very sad.

I've seen plastic jugs of Alfredo sauce never seen it in a can, also if you can't do Alfredo cream sauce to order or make in batches then take it off the menu
