Vitamin C is great for fighting infections but we really need Vitamin D! Canadians eh! We can naturally make vitamin D by spending time in the sun but the levels we need at this time of year can't be met because of the low angle of the sun. Could you do an homage to all the vitamin D rich foods? (We have added vitamin D in milk products. Or perhaps you could do a giant sun!

Just putting this out there- if you make the citrus simple syrup and add to some water, its an easy way to make lemonade/limeade/whatever other fruits. (I make strawberry lemonade this way pretty often) Its super simple because you basically have concentrated juice that you can add to water whenever you want.

If the mega phone is to loud just turn ur volume down coz i have my airpods in and I turned the volume all the way up and it wasn't even loud like it was the same volume of how she speaks. so the peeps that said it was to loud were just being dumb
