Hey Yo, just wondering why you always use Italian Meringue Buttercream instead of sometimes American Buttercream, French Meringue Buttercream, or Swiss Meringue Buttercream. I use Swiss Meringue or sometimes I mix Swiss Meringue with Americam Buttercream and I really like it that way. I know Swiss Meringue and Italian Meringue are very similar but do you prefer the taste of Italian over the rest or does it work better with the difficulty of cakes you make or what? I'm just very curious.

I prefer my banana perfectly yellow. A little green on it is fine, but I dont want to eat it if there is even a little brown on it. I like my banana firm and just under ripe.
