The minute I saw this cake I thought 'I'm in' chocolate and peanut butter is by favorite flavor combination. Also I was confused that the recipe called for 4 batches of ganche, that's litterally 10 pounds of chocolate

I love chocolate and peanut butter together. The perfect marriage of flavors, IMO. Mint chocolate is close behind. York peppermint patties and Andes mints are at the top of my mint list.

I think all the chocolate and peanut butter was pretty even cause the cake was iced with chocolate but most of the topping were peanut butter
