What kind of mango chutney does Patak's sell? Coz where I'm from we have mango chutney like a semi dessert. Its served with papad and is there to act as a bridge between the main course and the dessert. Here Jamie is using them in savoury courses. So is it a different mango chutney they sell?

Love this video. Ad or not I still learned alot of new things to try that are well within my comfort zone. Love Jamie for coming up with these types of recipes and then giving us the big ones for that specific time of year.

Agree, if we ever fancy a quick curry have to have a jar of Patak on standby in the cupboard. Nice choice of other uses, Jamie Don't usually have mango chutney but the toasted sandwich looked good.

Well, very disappointing. I am not against ads, not at all. But I actually hoped for curry paste recipes and not for some store bought stuff. So, a thumbs down from me this time.
