im not surprised that some people are squeamish when it comes to cleaning and preparing fish and other meats. most of us have never done it. it goes to show how our society has evolved such that many of us will never have to bloody our hands to enjoy a steak or a roast chicken. if you wanna desensitize yourself to all the gore, go to chinatown. after i saw an old chinese lady twist and chop a head of a chicken. nothing grosses me out anymore. :)

I don't remove any of the wings or bones on the back, because once fried in oil they taste absolutely amazing with lots of texture and taste, only when fried on the pan with oil though, otherwise if you are using other methods of cooking like steaming or stewing then you should remove it.

It's no legit word: D I just wanted to stress that he's not only the best but even better, and what would be easier than just putting another superlative after the superlative? :D

Thanks Gennaro! Great video, I'm from Canada and it's a struggle to convince people to eat fish! Everyone thinks fish are suppose smell fishy! Fresh fish smell like the sea!
