I'm Sorry to say Jamie but when it comes to making some sort of mexican food u guys need to do some more research, cause those aren't even real tortillas and as a mexican is a little bit sad to see someone call that a tortilla, and that might be sometimes harmful for mexican gastronomy, those ingredients dont identify us. Anyway keep up the good work and it is just my opinion man no mean to be rude: D

this is a recipe for failure. I'm sure it's delicious, but this is nothing like street food. Street food costs a buck, or a pound or ten francs or a rupee, and it turns a profit! This is nonsense. I DO like the musical bits, though. Music is inestimable, but food costs a dollar. :) The sweater needs to be tossed back in the TARDIS, though.

There's no such thing as a squared tortilla, so Tortillas HAVE to be round, and have to be either flower tortillas and specialy for this sort of dish they have to be nixtamal corn tortillas, I repeat there's no such thing as a square tortilla.

Is it a corn tortilla or just a regular flour tortilla? cause I like my tacos with a nice corn tortilla and some sour cream on top. They look great by the way and the background music was great too.

I know as I usually eat tacos dorados (name given here in Mexico) with corn tortillas, get some and try them like that, they become really crispy and delicious.
