Tried this recipe tonight and it was truly magnificent. Been eating pasta all my life and this was one of the best i ever had. Such settle clean flavours. i chopped up some organic chicken thighs and the pieces were so tender. the reduced wine and chicken stock with the herbs created such a creamy deep flavored sauce. You just wanna lick the whole plate after eating

Very tasty dish, not the least because of the delisious chicken stock with the carot and other usable vegetables. And about the garlic, I think maybe the undercover chief who s birthday it was and with the namn Paul, it might have been the swedish chief Paul Svensson: ) i guess? After successfully attempting the Bianco recipe (sooooo goood, drool, okay. I'm back), I got crazy and cooked the recipe with beef instead of chicken, red wine instead of white, and one mushroom, diced fine, and everything else the same. Turned out glorious! Why's it taste so good! . because Contaldo, Contaldo!

Oh dear. this is definitely not an Italian dish! You will never see chicken with pasta in Italy In US and UK they love it People who think this is traditional italian food are completely mislead by recipes like this. Gennaro you are Neapolitan like me, this leaves me speechless (Faciv nu'bror er megl)

Great Recipe Genaro, but i thought it was going to be the veal ragu which has either no tomato or a tiny bit. Please do that recipe if you have a spare moment. Thanks for all the great videos and tips!

I love how he always says soo seemple to make! I try and imagine him saying Theees is SOOOO complicated a recipe do NOT try thees unless you have at least three a Meechalin stars!

I think this will be the second of his recipes that I am going to try. Last week I tryed his pizza recipe and it was so easy and delicious. Way better than in many restaurants.
