Gennaro s cooking this delicious recipe for you from the beautiful island of Gozo. Mussels straight from the sea gently cooked in garlic, wine and chilli with sweet cherry tomatoes and cannellini beans. Yum! This is one pasta dish that will definitely have you licking your lips and asking for seconds. Bellisimo!

This is one of my favorite recipes by Gennaro, it is delicious. Please do not omit the cannellini beans. I hear people saying don't put beans in chili, or don't put beans in this or that. The beans make the dish in this recipe. Also, not to be rude, but if beans cause you to have digestive issues such as gas/flatuant problems, when cooking this dish, early in the stages of preparing it, add about 1/2 teaspoon of granulated sugar and stir it over heat so it will dissolve. You will not taste any sweetness at all in the final dish, but the granulated sugar causes a chemical reaction to prevent gas/bloating, etc. it works. That works on any dish with beans, but depending on volume, you may need 1 teaspoon of sugar instead of 1/2 teaspoon.

Hey Jamie or Gennaro, or who ever knows the answer to my question. I have been wondering for a while now. Sometimes you, Jamie, say that you do not use oliveoil to cook with, but am I missing something? Because you guys keep using it for everything. Is it something with it being extra or not?

Gennaro, I love your recipes and video. But can you please do more chicken dishes? Seafood is quite expensive where we live. Also. Zucchini is raging in our garden so any recipe with zucchini would be appreciated.

Been watching foodtube for years now, and it feels like I know Gennaro, like he's someone from my own family. Great recipe, as always. Keep it up!
