Contains product placement. We've teamed up with Hellmann's for this video, for this and other great, tasty recipes Jorgelina: In Argentina we have this dish with peceto (a veal cut similar to topside or silverside cuts) and make the mayonnaise blending the juices of the roasted meat and the roasted veg, mayonnaise and tuna. Traditionally you add capers and anchovies but at home we skip the anchovies and use green olives instead of capers. Yum! It's a Christmas classic!

Gross. Smother turkey in mayo. What a waste, and way to add inches to the waist. I was wondering how much Hellman's paid you for that, now I see you have a whole section dedicated to it. I thought you were about healthy food. Why did you sell out?

in northern Italy we have this on Christmas day, it's delish! u can also make it with cream cheese instead of mayo, blend it with good quality canned tuna in olive oil, an anchovy, and capers BOOM best sauce everrr

So if you pureed the hot peppers and the anchovies separately and then drizzled them on in lines like the video, sprinkled the capers people would really get a nice taste of everything.

Ciao Jamie, I'm from Torino (Piedmont, Italy) and like u said this is one of the most famous dish in here! Just more simple and less colorful but your version looks nice as well!

The demand for turkeys just went up this year to the horror of turkeys everywhere. Jamie you are now a wanted man. Talk about taking leftovers to another level. Yum!

This looks amazing. I have had a similar dish in a restaurant in Playa del Carmen in Mexico but they use pork instead of turkey. I'm totally craving it now.
