Absolutely love your Youtube. but your italian food? I mean I know they don't know what good Italian is in the UK but c'mon! I wish you would make something less corporate. I am sure you don't have much say in the restaurants (meaning corporate investors probably do) they don't really seem to fit your style. Maybe I am wrong but knowing Chakall I think its a bit like his situation. You are a big influence on my cooking but I would love to eat something you put passion into. not what they serve in your restaurants for the masses. Keep up the good work, I've become a big fan.

I used to live in Aberdeen, and I think anyone who visits Jamie's restaurants deserves to know that it isn't, in any way, taste, or form, a good representation of his cooking and expertise. The Jamie's Italian restaurants in Aberdeen and Edinburgh are some of the worst that I have ever been too. I had to send food back on two separate visits, and was refunded by some embarrassed staff. What a shame, as classic recipes he published in his earlier years as a chef are some of my favorites.

90 Staff sounds like so many! I work in a cafe and including the kitchen staff we probably have about 15 employees, we get summer staff around christmas but still nowhere near that many! :O

EI! Why you didnt post anything about coming to Aberdeen! I would of come in for a diner in your restaurant or atleast hover around the windows to get in a shot: D
