The amount of guilty concience in this comment section is too high. If you have a need to talk bad about vegans, then you probably are fighting against something inside yourself. I'm not vegan, but I like some of Tim's videos and appreciate him for living his life according to his own values. What I see here is a lot of people trying to justify to themselves why they are eating meat. In this video, Tim did not say that a vegan lifestyle is better than eating meat, so if you get an urge to justify your meat eating habits simply from watching someone cooking a vegan dish, then it probably means that you have issues regarding your own consumption of meat.

Anyone complaining about Tim not being happy or smiling enough needs to grow up. It's simply the way that its edited. If you look at Tim's own video on the behind the scenes shooting of this exact episode you can see (as he always is) that he's super positive and full of energy. People need to stop being so judgemental, I laugh whenever anyone says that veganism is a low energy diet

Will make it this Christmas! It is so aromatic, easy and quick. I changed it up a notch, I used more spinach in the spread, no oil with the chips (I just tossed them in the oven and I added carrot shreads for more sweetness) and added a dash of chilli flakes when it was done. Hope you don't mind. Keep it up with the vegan inspiration please

Thank you for providing vegan options. People like to bash on vegans, and it's not entirely without reason. They have tendency to be a bit obnoxious. But they are actually saving our planet. Meat production is the single worst thing for our environment, 51% of man made greenhouse gas emissions come from the meat industry. Google it.

WOW! Wonderful recipe! I have a 19-year-old daughter who has recently left behind eating meat. For Christmas dinner is a very special dish. And I will try it, beacause during the dinner on 24th December, we will have two people who don't eat meat. Thanks Jamie's gang! I love your recipes and all of YOU ROCK!

I love Foodtube, everyone on here is amazing but I don't know why they keep using him, his followers are so intense and wish the worst on non vegans. They should use other fantastic vegan cooks, i. e. fablunch, hotforfood, laura miller from raw vegan not gross. Just any other wonderful vegan foodies.

the level of projecting one's own life onto this beautiful peaceful being is cray cray. He is peaceful, so what if he isn't smiling, do you smile 24/7? he's just being chill, himself. thats beautiful. Beauty IS IN THE EYE OF THE BEHOLDER
