what part of Australia do some of you aussies claim to be from if you're questioning how he sounds? I'm aussie and he sounds like a few i've known here in land of Oz. Bear in mind if he's living in Britian his accent is going to be a little different. That happens when you live in a country for enough time, your accent can morph a little, becoming broader or taking on their language pronounciation.

You people need to lay off. He's super upbeat, filled with positive vibes, easy to understand, and definitely not bad looking either. This guy seems like a wonderful human being and all of you negative assholes are more focused on tearing him down than opening your minds to a new recipe which is the WHOLE purpose of this video. Don't like it? Don't watch it.

That's a take on the great (as Lord Lamington called them) poofy woofy cakes. Not a fan of the hipster take (gluten free, coconut bloody everything, but I'd be willing to give it a shot. Just make a nice fluffy sponge, your favourite chocolate icing, and roll it around in dedicated coconut. Vastly simple and very cheap.

Kiwis do this too. with whipped cream in the middle, it's champion with a cuppa. Love the alternative recipe as well! Dipping in coconut. as kids, we did sides first, then flip it on it's top, and pat it's bottom with coconut. That way no finger marks for visitors. Pick it up gently with an egg slice and let dry.

Why is he talking like he is a stoned kindergarten teacher? I literally feel like I'm 4 years I'm being talked down to. And before you all go nuts, I'm Aussie too so it's not about his accent. Although it's over-exaggerated to the point of ridiculousness.

Seems like a nice guy, but he was a little over the top, like he was 'putting on' for the cameras or something. Don't worry man, you don't have to have exaggerated movements and a squeaky voice for me to want to watch your videos!

I don't understand all this hate. Why is he a hipster for simply making it gluten free? He's being considerate for people with certain dietary needs. Also, some people have stronger accents. Get over it. Still a great recipe: 3

Bet your aboriginal community won't want to celebrate Australia day. More like try to forget the atrocity of what happened to their people day. not quite as catchy, and the PR might need some work, but it could work!

Urgh. normaly I like Australian accent, but man he is just too much for me. Way overdoing it. Sounds like he smoked some weed and had a sixer before making that video. Can't stand him. Maybe next time.
