DJ BBQ you've made my day with your video. Cannot stop laughing watching you alone waiting for your buds. Here in Brazil it's summertime and we don't have a Super Bowl, but we have soccer and your potato wedges recipe with awesome dips are really inspiring for every season being or not a football fan. Last but not least, your outfit is cute. Xxxx

I usually do a mix of potatoes and sweet potatoes and bake them with some olive oil, garlic, paprika, chili flakes, sea salt and rosemary. I loved the idea of melting cheese onto them. p. s. Brilliant idea pretending to have friends come over and make extra wedges. I'm definitely doing that this weekend. :D

Baking wedges are one of my favorite things too cook because it's so simple and delicious. My seasoning for my wedges is oilve oil, black pepper, salt and chopped garlic. And the dip I have greek yoghurt, green onions, black pepper and sometimes paparika! :D

No pair boil on the wedges eh son. I like a par boil pre oven and then a bita garlic in the tray with em. Also, you can do nice curried wedges too with a little curry powder, worth a try. Also, you are Pontius. you must get told that all the time haha

Yum, the pibil you talked about is amazing smothered in pork and then slow cooked for hours with some orange juice and vinegar among other stuff, it is called cochinita pibil and it is out of this world!

If your friends don't show up - just hop on a plane to France and watch the Super Bowl with me! I'd be glad about having such good looking company and those awesome wedges: -D

What is the classic american french fries? Do they differ from how the rest of the world do them or do they come with a side of freedom and patriotism?

Well done on your pronunciation of Gouda! English speaking people usually pronounce it like Gooda. Just needs some work on pronouncing the Dutch g now: )
