For anybody who shares my opinion that avocados are gross, i had a carribean mango and banana salsa once which you could either leave chunky or mush up a little for a similar creamy texture to guacamole (sweeter, obviously) but it went really nicely with chicken and fish and would probably work in this taco. Just go easy on it so it's not too overpowering: )

I love the recipe and you seem like a good dude. But the whole cooking on a beach thing and chopping on a rickety board thing irritated me beyond believe, although I can't explain properly why. So yeah. great recipe, seem like a cool dude but shitty vid bro. Maybe do a proper outdoor kitchen or a bbq?

After all those accent, he still manages to say (whack into a bowl) which is a Jamie Oliver expression into this vid. PS. Jamie don't turn them into you, let them be their genuine self to gather more subs and views. Look at DJ BBQ still few subs. But Gennaro is famous for being himself. Thanks

Do you people dine in Michelin 5 star restaurants every night and complain about the speck of dirt on your table? Christ who cares if he's cooking on a beach it's a tasty recipe, using fresh and healthy ingredients, and if you fancy cooking in your kitchen then just move it indoors.

cali fish taco - grilled fish til cooked (flaky not overcooked or dry, white onions, cilantro, lime. toss into a two small corn tortilla (they're should be two small tortilla per taco). done. best thing in the world. maybe if you like a bit of spice add some tomatillo or the red sauce.

Can I cook this if I'm in my kitchen or do I have to be outdoor or at the beach? Do I have to buy the fish or to fish it in the sea before to cook it? Can I use a standard fishing pole or do I have to use my teeth? Is sand part of the seasoning?

Never had guacamole on a fish taco, or any taco for that matter. But I'm willing to try it. I prefer crema because the tanginess helps the fish flavor along. I usually reserve the guacamole for carne asada nachos.

I love fish tacos and I love avocados on them but it's better to slice the avocado than to make quacamole because the quac tends to squeeze out the ends and sides of the taco. I really enjoy your YouTube vids.
