Antipasto delicious Pizza Steve: Mrs. Laura, this pizza looks delicious. If you & viewers want a short cut for the dough, buy Martha White's brand dry packaged pizza dough as it has all the ingredients to make a dough like yours, but no mixer needed. May need 2 packages to get the amount you made, is inexpensive, appx. 1. 50 per package. For viewers who don't need the size you made, use 1 pack & cut the antipasto in recipe to 1/2 of what you used, feeds 2 easily.

i think id rather serve them separately
like the pizza on the one side, the antipasti salad on the other and let your guests eat it together
1. you dont ruin the crunch of your pizza
2. its not kinda a mess to serve and eat

There is a pizza place by me that sells Greek pizza that is absolutely amazing. Gorgonzola cheese, black olives, cooked red peppers, etc. ,wonderful salad dressing, all that what I called designer lettuce.

My friend said she was on the fence about liking Pizza.
On the UP side, there are some great toppings.
But on the DOWN side, it doesn't!

I honestly have not tried this at all but I hope that one day, I will eventually make one of my own and try it for the first time.

Why do you never stir the yeast in the water? Just wondering and curious. I always mix with a spoon and see chefs mix also.
