Thanks for posting this! Definitely one of the most underrated Korean-Chinese dishes in my opinion, my Grandma always cooked this for me and my family and I love it.
Most my American friends never heard of it, but after they taste it for the first time they're hooked!

that ear mushroom is called tenga ng daga here in the philippines which means rat's ear. when i was little i used to think they were really rats' ears but i still ate them haha

Thank you for posting. While stationed with the US Army, in Korea in the '70s, this was my favorite takeout dish. Now I can share it with my wife, family and friends.
