You are so amazing! Your vegetable stock is wonderful! I have a question. Years ago I went to a Korean Chinese restaurant in Seattle. They served a sweet sour pork deepfried then stir fried with kimchi hoping you might develope it! I made lots of your pancakes, even fussy eater ate them!

I just made it! very good flavor. just a bit too spicy for me so I added more sugar, one question is how to make the pork belly more tender? the meat is a bit tough is that because I took the meat out of the fridge and cooked it right away? thank you for the recipe!
