Braised Kimchi & Pork (kimchijjim: ) Nueve: Hi Maangchi! Just wanted to let you know this past week I've been cooking your recipes, and my family is very happy with all these yummy dishes they're getting. I have one question, how do you keep your knives so sharp? Better yet, what brand of knife do you use? I'm finding myself having to sharpen mine at least every week from all the chopping! Best regards and thank you for sharing your wonderful recipes with all of us.

OMG this is so delicious and simple! I just made this for my boyfriend and I as a main dish. I cant believe it was as easy as wrapping pork and letting it sit. Instead, I opted for simmering it on low for two hours instead of maangchis method and the pork was so tender all we needed was a spoon! And the onions got so caramelized and sweet. By far the best recipe Ive ever made!

Maangchi I made this with some modifications and it was so delicious! I dont have whole leaf kimchi or pork belly, so I wrapped minced pork and the cut kimchi in green cabbage leaves that I salted to soften and followed the rest of your instructions. I definitely ate too much thank you for your recipe

Now I'm jealous that I don't have a head of kimchi made. I have in a jar small amount -will incorporate it with regular cabbage but I know it won't come out as good as yours! Love your videos!

I always make mak kimchi, but seeing this, i'm gonna make the classic tongbaechu kimchi. I'll use beef for pork substitution
