OMG this is so delicious and simple! I just made this for my boyfriend and I as a main dish. I cant believe it was as easy as wrapping pork and letting it sit. Instead, I opted for simmering it on low for two hours instead of maangchis method and the pork was so tender all we needed was a spoon! And the onions got so caramelized and sweet. By far the best recipe Ive ever made!

Maangchi I made this with some modifications and it was so delicious! I dont have whole leaf kimchi or pork belly, so I wrapped minced pork and the cut kimchi in green cabbage leaves that I salted to soften and followed the rest of your instructions. I definitely ate too much thank you for your recipe

Now I'm jealous that I don't have a head of kimchi made. I have in a jar small amount -will incorporate it with regular cabbage but I know it won't come out as good as yours! Love your videos!

I always make mak kimchi, but seeing this, i'm gonna make the classic tongbaechu kimchi. I'll use beef for pork substitution
