Hey there. I'm always looking forward to your videos but this GoPro addition is very distracting and impersonal. Doesn't work for me. I'm sure you are getting sponsor for it and that's good but like everything else in life, sometimes leaving things simple is the best way to go. You have something really good going. Don't throw it away. PS, maybe if you just use the GoPro as a cut away, that might work better but never forget. you make this work, not the camera. Cheers!

It's interesting that so many people said that using the GoPro ruined this video for them. I think it's an interesting perspective on a cooking video -- especially when you consider that the camera is filming from the perspective that you would be looking if you were trying to make this. I'd think that it would actually help people who want to make this, but that's just my opinion.

GoPros are great for biking, skydiving, surfing or even airsofting, but it just prevents me from enjoying this video. Looks like the Blair Witch of Sushi recipes: p Imho it can work for some close-ups on the carvings and that kind of stuff, but the entire video in a go-pro is a no-go for me.

This is really cool! i like seeing the new angles from the go pro, it would be awesome if you could blend this type of video shooting with the normal type of videos you post. you get to see all of the different angles of how you create all of these awesome things.

i like gopro videos for very detailed designs like this ones, but normal sushi rolls that are easy to make would look better with normal camera, for small designs or awkward angles gopro is better cause you can hold it any way you want.

Thanks for the GoPro demo. I had been wondering about the quality, but I see it is just fine. Love the underwater shot and the fact you can wear it around your neck for an accurate POV. Nice work and nice carving. I love sushi, too.

To be quite blunt, I hated the go pros. I really don't like how you're changing the views and I would rather watch it just as you normally film it, as it was quite annoying seeing it from chest hight.

I live on the other side of Florida ( Fort Myers) and i'm thinking of driving the 3 hours to come have my birthday dinner at your restaurant! Everything looks so delicious and its reasonably priced.

I really don't like the GoPro camera for this type of instructional video. I found it distracting compared to your normal camera style. The cuts were not nearly as clear with this POV.

The GoPro is a great idea but NOT the wide-angle option. Use it to get close ups and interesting POIs. But if you use the fish-eye lens, you lose visibility at what you are cutting.
