whenever you close the sushi and compress it, I feel like you don't press it down hard enough and I would be having those thoughts of the sushi collapsing but in the end it turns out great! your sushi is impossible for me to make but there is no harm in watching you making cute stuff out of them

New subby! Funny coincidence cause last night I went out in downtown montreal to eat sushi at a place called sushi crescent and it was DELICIOUS! I loved one called the dynamite roll sushi so could u plz do a tutorial on how to do dynamite sushi plz?
