Great videos im learning a lot! Question: Doesnt the toasted sesame seed's flavor overwhelm the other flavors? In brazil people are not so used to avocado on sushi, so its common to use cream cheese instead, what do you think about it? Thanks Chef Devaux!

This is very cool, indeed. Hmmm. YouTube says it was published in 2013, but today is the first time I've seen it. Was it removed for awhile. Just curious.
