Hey Dave Devaux, i am a Pacific islander who is a sushi cheif here in Reno Nevada, and i have to say i love your sushi art work, its amazing! im learning alot of sushi presentations from you! but i gotta say, i work in a fast pace restarunt and i dont know if i could be able to pull off those types of sushi, i want to tho! but can you make a Nigiri or sushi roll under 30 seconds with such eye sore presentation? i want to learn.

Yeah, I made forming of the rice ball part faster on purpose since I had already covered it in the first couple of minutes in the video recipe. And I believe that was the mistake I made in the first Sushi Balls video, where I showed every ball being made from start to finish slowly. that ended up being a 10 minute video. way too long.

omygod I thought that cause I live in the united Arabic emirates there is no seaweed for sushi I found some in the mall today that is awesome now I can make all Sushies you maker yyyaayayaayayayayaayaayayayya
