If you listened to just the audio of this video it d be so confusing Chia and chai are different things, chia seeds is what you re using for this video but chai is a combination of spices used for chai tea that originated from India. The pronunciation is different. The seeds are CHEE-a and the tea is Cha-eye. But Overall cool recipes, never thought of putting mach-a powder in it, could give a little morning caffeine boost as well. I make it with chocolate or dark chocolate almond milk and put toasted coconut flakes on top or strawberries

No sugar added, ok. Anyway, no sugar does not mean healthy. This is as healthy as a homemade custard doughnut. Natural ingredients, but a big amount of calories (seeds are caloric, coconut milk is so fatty as well. Pudding means fat or carbs, otherwise we would eat carrots for dessert. You can make healthier desserts but they will still be hard to include on any diet.

Trypophobia! Absorbant seeds! Vegan milk! I don't think this is for me. Is there anything you have to cleanse my eyes from that. .pudding? Something like frozen yogurt recipes? With real milk?

Generally speaking, seeds are not healthy at all. And almond milk is poison. But if you are gonna eat pudding, it's a lot better to indulge in this recipe than store bought pudding.

I used to eat chia all the time when I was vegan. Great way to get all your amino acids. It's one of the few complete vegetable proteins. I love to add this to smoothies too.
