Your dish looks fantastic! I will definitely be making that soon. Eggs Florentine is my favourite dish of all time. I've been making this dish for 35 years for my family and they always LOVE IT! It's such a simple dish to make, crispy edges, bubbly (it looks pretty similar to what your dish came out looking like, very filling and for those who would like a different option than having a meat in their dish or casserole, this is an awesome alternative and it's packed full of protein. Or, for a meat option, you could also add chopped up ham or shredded chicken/turkey. It's delicious either way but I prefer the vegetarian option.

Oh, dear, dear girl! This looks amazing. I've never seen shells that big. I'd better look again. I wish you'd get together with a kitchen crew and put your meals in a plastic) container in the grocery stores. You know, so people (who are alot older, like me) can nuke them. Mmmmm. You're a great cook. I still cook. But.

Yum, definitely going to try this. I couldn’t hear the amount of flour you put in to make the roux so I checked the recipe. You forgot to put it in the description box. I did check the transcript though. I will try this.

As someone who also likes to shred their own cheese. Tillamook mozzarella is the absolute best, I have to fight my Wife and our grandbaby for the bag when I'm trying to make a recipe delicious!

This could work as 2-3 layer square dish of lasagna if you didn’t have shells or even layered ziti or penne. Nice flavors, Angelica!
