COOK WITH ME Sopita de Conchas EASY Sopita de Fideos Cat: So glad I watched this video. I usually add the tomato sauce once the conchas are toasted and the sauce starts to splatter all over the stove. I think my mom or a friend had told me that the tomato sauce sticks better on the pasta which I didn't see a difference when I saw the outcome of the way you made it. I usually add water not broth, maybe I'll try it with half broth and water. My daughter likes it soupier.

I came across one of your videos by accident. and I'm so glad I did! I ended up making the carne guisada recipe (which is one of my favorite dishes when I'm at Spanish restaurants) last night and I was so nervous how it would come out. My husband helped cut the beef stew meat into thirds and I added green bell peppers. This is the exact broth I've been looking for. My family agreed I need to keep this recipe! I'm so sorry for your family's loss. It's never easy when we lose someone we love. Congratulations on your success and I hope you and your family find lots of love and joy and peace this year! I wish I could give you a big hug!

I don't know about anyone else but this dish and your chicken fideo are my favorite. The person that does my cooking for me has gone home for an emergency. Before she left, she cooked a big pot of chicken fideo for me, but it didn't last long. I maintain a huge stockpile of fideo and concha shells. You make it look really easy, so I will give it a try. Thanks again for your videos. Also, sorry to hear about your loss and congratulations on your success on YouTube. I have enjoyed many of your cooking videos. I'll have to check if you've made any on how to make Menudo (Texas Style) with pig feet.

Hi Angelica, I was confused. :) I've been learning how to cook with YouTube, and your name showed up but you had Mexican food. As I am still learning and not confident even with Korean cooking yet, other ingredients scare me still. But when I get more comfortable other than using gochujang (haha, I will try your recipes. One of many things I miss from living in Houston is Mexican food as it is hard to get good Mexican food in upstate New York. And I am so sorry for your loss. Family comes first.

So I basically learned a new way to make sopa. I love it looks good thank u. I actually never thought to make it like this. I love making sopa and I was looking on ways to make it. Because when I was a kid my mother made sopa all the time and she passed away when I was 11. Idk what she put in it but it was always good. I love sopa and learning new things. So I will try this. I'm gonna make this recipe for my brother just to try it. Looks good thank you so much.

Hi, I watch you almost daily. Love listening to your voice and learning about the wonderful food you cook )you are a natural teacher. I know how to say Gochujang Mama but because I like you so much and I like shorter names (personal preference) I call you Guchee Mama (like Charo says. Keep up the wonderful work. I am so happy you have 240K followers. I have been with you a long time now and am thankful I found you. You are a sweet family.

People kid me that I grew up white because I didn't grow up eating the foods they did but the truth is I grew up poor with limited foods. I am surprised that you are so young and it looks like you cook economically instead of using fresh spices which is ok. I was especially impressed in this video when you choked up at the blessings you and your family have received from your success with UTube. May your blessings keep coming!
