Here is a simple way to make delicious taco meat. This seasoning goes well with ground beef, ground turkey or chicken. INGREDIENTS 2 tsp chili powder 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp ground cumin pepper to taste salt to taste (I sub with 1 bouillon cube) 1 lb lean ground beef (or meat of your choice) 1/3 to 1/2 cup water bluepiano: My husband and I use this recipe while on our keto diet! Of course we add cheese, sour cream and avocados to really incorporate our fats but I've lost 8lbs and my husband has lost 11lbs in 30 days! Thanks for keeping it tasty for us! Gonna try yer barbacoa recipe next!

Ok you are the BOMB at taco filling I followed your video to a T. and WOW! I will never buy that store crap again. You know what your doing there love. And Followed the instructions on the Mesaca Heated my pan on high then turned it to 7 maybe med heat before placing any prepared tortilla dough. While the first side cooked for 30 sec. I prepared the second one. then flipped the first. waited for 1 min. then flipped again. and then Taa Daa I pressed it a little in the middle and around the sides and the puffage bagan. cooked for 30 sec on that side then flipped again. After 30 more sec I removed the tortilla to a Basket with a towel and let them steam each other. then so on with the second one as I prepared the 3rd. Thx so much. PS always let your dough rest for 30-45 mins covered in a damp paper towel before using It lets the Mesaca absorb the water for steam later in the skillet and the basket! love your video and thx for making my first time making tacos the best.

I do mine similarly. I ses the same seasonings, for the most part, but I usually blend my own chili powder, combining some ancho, pasilla and guajillos, and sometimes chipotle. I also add cayenne, and >Mexican oregano< to the spice blend. I also add 1-2 tsp of cornstarch, and dissolve the bouillon in the water. The bit of cornstarch binds everything together nicely and gives the meat a real heartiness. Love your videos!

The mysterious chili powder, where does it come from? what kind of chili is in it? So you could use real onion (half and carmelize, 1 cube of beef bullion, 1/2 tsp ground cumin seed, 2 tbsp paprika, 2 cloves real garlic crushed, and of course dried chile peppers (like pasilla) ground in coffee grinder. Melted cheese on top of it and non BHT preserved shells (or just tortilla soft taco.

I made this tonight and it was a HIT with my husband and I! I've been trying for two years to recreate my mom's taco seasoning and was going to adjust yours to make it like hers, but the base seasoning just turned out so good that I think this may be a permanent staple! P. s. I used a bit more garlic powder and made it in cast iron. Was so good!

My boyfriend and I could not believe how much better this was compared to how we made it before! I was forever adding extra water or taco sauce to try to keep the meat moist - all because I cooked it uncovered the whole time. Using the lid makes ALL the difference! And your homemade seasoning is perfect. Thank you!

You keep up the good work, have not tried any of your recipes but they all look good, but thinking of trying your tamale pie today looks really really good! And as far as trolls, they are people that are unhappy so they got to make everybody else unhappy! Have a good day from here in Texas!

Two changes I'd make. 1. Drain the grease from the meat before starting to add seasoning. 2. Combine the bouillon, seasonings and water together first then add to the meat (It helps prevent lumps of unmixed seasoning from being found in the meat.

Thank you this has got to taste better, and save money from buying the store packets. And less preservatives. I am glad you shared. I have the ingredients this will be so much easier. I think I will make a double batch for storing. Hugs
