Deliciously done! Nice plating too. Stock up on parchment paper people. You can always buy a bulk roll online. Way cheaper and you could just roll the bulk parchment onto an empty standard roll when needed. Just be sure to secure it with small bits of tape at first. That way you can have a tight even refill. Then just place the refill back into your drawer or wherever convenient. Money saved and less time than a store run.

Made this Tonite and it was delish. I added 1 tsp adobo but next time I will add another tsp. Will definitely be making this again. What I like is that you don't need alot of spices and it's quick to put together. TFS

Just made this with legs and thighs. I added 1 tsp onion salt and 1 tsp adobo to the rub. It was fabulous. Juicy, tastey and a big hit. New fav! Thanks!

I like to marinate chicken drums in claussin dill pickle brine for a few hours then roast them at a high temperature till brown it is amazing
