Today I am making an easy version of Tiger Boba Milk or Brown Sugar Boba Milk. This boba drink has been trending for a while and I wanted to make some at home using store-bought boba pearls and a delicious homemade brown sugar syrup. Ingredients 1/2 cup boba pearls 3 cups boiling water (for cooking boba pearls) 5 Tbsp (65 g) dark brown sugar 1 Tbsp (20 g) molasses pinch of salt 3 Tbsp (45 ml) water 1 tsp vanilla extract 16 fl oz (473 ml) whole milk (this will make 2 servings) 4 fl oz (118 ml) heavy cream ice Luna: I love boba and seeing the different syrups people make! You can get quick cooking boba on amazon! I get the kind that cooks in 4-7 minutes depending on the texture you like. I can say in my experiance its easy to over cook the quick cooking ones but worth not waiting so long for traditional, expeciallyif youre making some just for yourself: )

I have a question. Do regular grocery stores have them & if they do, what aisle would I find the in? Is there a size I'm looking for?
I have no clue what I'm looking for. There is no HMart in Miami.

I ve trade making mine from scratch and they turned into a goopy mess. I have never told anyone because I consider myself a decent cook. I will try this recipe since it uses the premade ones

Hi A! I have always wanted to try these pearls. No where around here sells any drinks with them in it. I ll have to look for these and try your recipe. Nice video. Take care & Stay safe.

Not sure if you answered this sorry but must you use all the prepared boba right away or can you save it for the next day or two?

Looks delicious, Boba places are starting to finally open here where we live but are super expensive for the teas and drinks.

Looks good & thanks for showing it to us but, as for me.
WAY TOO MUCH WORK!
I'll stick to my Quik Chocolate Powder
