Today I am going to make the creamy avocado dip I use on everything. This is great as a dip with chips, tacos, and flautas. I sometimes use this as a dressing for salads or mixed with tuna fish. This is gonna be good! Ingredients 2 small avocados 1/3 cup of pickled carrots / chopped jalape os 1/4 cup of pickling liquid from carrots 1/2 cup Mexican table cream 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice 3/4 cup to a cup of water a handful of fresh cilantro salt to taste

Those avocados are beautiful! I was taught a guac recipe years ago by a lady who has this food as part of her heritage, like you. for over 30 years I ve made it the way she showed me. Now I have another recipe to try. Thank you so much!
