Angelica, I just received my cook book from you. It is awesome. You did such a good job on it. I love the size and the uncomplicated instructions. Just like your videos. I have been ordering ingredients on line for Tamales. ( I can't get all that I need here in the stores. I now have everything to make them. I've made a lot of other recipes from your videos. Now the big one. TAMALES. Thank you so much. I hope you sell a million of them. You deserve it.

Great way to use up overripe bananas, and these mini waffles are so cute! I realize your son has tree nut and peanut allergies, but walnuts or pecans would be a great addition otherwise. Blessings from Georgia!

I almost always buy one or two too many bananas. now, this is cool just to toss them into the regular batter to stretch it out more. .. a water sub.
