Today I am cooking at home and making stuffed turkey legs. I am using creamy macaroni and cheese but the stuffing is versatile. This is inspired by The Turkey Leg Hut in Houston, Tx. Ingredients 3 to 4 presmoked turkey legs 1 bell pepper 2 celery sticks 1 onion 2 cups (473 ml) water 4 Tbsp (56 g) melted butter 2 to 2 1/2 tsp seasoning or rub of choice MAC N CHEESE 12 oz to 1 lb (454 g) elbow macaroni 4 to 5 quarts water (for boiling pasta) 1 chicken bouillon cube (for boiling water) 2 Tbsp butter 1/4 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp chicken bouillon powder 8 oz (226 g) softened cream cheese 12 oz (354. 88 mL) evaporated milk 8 oz (226 g) shredded cheddar cheese

Yes Turkey hut in H-town have the best turkey legs. If your from H-town and haven't had them I highly recommend it. But my goodness yours look amazing. Thanks for sharing. Something to try and make at home.
