Today I am using leftover birria to make Korean birria ramen for dinner. This is a flavorful easy dinner idea when using leftover birria. Garnish how you like and make it spicy if you prefer. Ingredients 3 1/2 cups leftover birria 3 1/2 cups water 3 packs of Korean ramen 2 to 3 scallions (chopped) fresh-squeezed lime juice Tim: I've done this before but with leftover chili when i wanted to expand it to get some more servings. I just add in beef broth instead of the seasoning packets and then throw in the noodles, it's so easy and tasty. I usually don't use the seasoning packets because they are too salty for me.

Just bought some shin noodles last night and although I make birria ramen with even top ramen Maruchan i wanna try it with that kind. Ty for the great video and explanation

You know that was simple about breaking up the ramen while in the package but I thought that was a great idea. I don t have ramen that much so I never thought of it.

Those ramen noodles are life savors! I add leftover saute veggies, grilled chicken, etc for a delicious meal. I also break up the noodles
