Today was supposed to be a day off, but I decided to film and share an easy recipe for sopita de arroz. This is a wet soupy version of Mexican-style rice. Ingredients 1 cup (160 g) long-grain rice small piece of onion 1 to 2 cloves garlic 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 Tbsp (10 g) chicken bouillon powder 7. 4 oz (218 ml) tomato sauce 2 1/2 cups (591 ml) water

Your cooking amazes me and is so simple. Thank you very much for sharing. I'm not Mexican, Texan, Latin American, but my Mom when she was still with us made the same rice and melted cheese to it! She called it Spanish Rice. LOL But, OMG it was delicious and there was never anything left. You reminded me to make it. But add the cheese! It is soooo good!

I'm going to make this next week. I love knorr and badia seasoning.
I'm here for it. Thanks for sharing.
