Who would say Don't eat Tuna! They have Mercury tested or No Mercury Tuna cans or jars now. It's so ridicuculous how people have nothing better to do than nit pick or comment on every single aspect of every single thing in life. Just do you, eat what you like, do what you like, and enjoy your life! Sheesh! Enough, already.

That recipe seems like a cousin to Nicoise Salad which also is made with Tuna, Dijon mustard oil and vinegar but the vegetables are sliced red potatoes, green beans, radishes, tomatoes, lettuce, Nicoise olives and there are hard boiled eggs and the dressing uses white wine vinegar and Thyme as well as shallots.

I make my tuna with some onion(red, green or white) chopped tomatoes, cilantro, chopped pickle jalapeno/carrot, and red or green chopped cabbage with lemon juice, pepper, some garlic salt. put it on a tostada with a lil spread of mayo on the bottom some avocado on top and Valentina hot sauce, it's really yummy

Oh lord, that looks so yummy! My mom use to make us tuna salad. She would add pickles, onion, serrano pepper & tomato. Mixed it with Mayo, salt, pepper & a dash of olive oil. Ate it with crackers, one of my favorite things in the world to eat!

OMGosh Angelica! I ALWAYS fold down the top of the bag of chips, and everyone thinks I'm crazy! I've never seen anyone else do this.
Love that you use a vinaigrette instead of the traditional mayo. I'm gonna have to give this one a try.

I've been eating something similar lately: canned tuna, a can of white beans, fresh tomato, red onion, lemon vinaigrette. Yummy yummy! Eat with crackers, over leftover rice, on a lettuce salad. So so good.

Love tuna salad sandwiches. I prefer mayo dressing, but maybe will try the vinaigrette with it. My new favorite way to eat my tuna is with pickled jalapeno instead of pickles. Game changer! Hope youre well.

Ooh, sounds like it'd be yummy over some hot rice. Tuna and rice is my goto meal when I'm sick or brain dead, and your tuna salad will be a nice change from my usual. Thanks, as always. :)

My dad always ate tuna with olive oil, salt and pepper. The first time I did that in front of my boyfriend, he looked at me like a crazy person. But olive oil on tuna is good stuff!

I feel like a little cilantro would bring everything together, because you re right there s something nice about the lime and the avocado mixing with the tortilla chip
